Hello, dear reader.

In my last attempt to quit a harmful habit, I gave up smoking without much strain on my mind. At the time, I was skeptical of this method. I decided to try it out of sheer desperation, thinking I had nothing to lose. And it worked — there wasn't the intense withdrawal I'd experienced in previous attempts to quit. I didn't feel much discomfort around smokers, compared to my earlier attempts to break the habit.

I'd smoked for about twenty years. As a man who had tried and failed many times to quit through various methods, nothing worked. The craving for a cigarette always remained. An abstract drawing of water in the style of Kandinsky

And then I realized I needed to look for some other method entirely — one that would leave no desire to smoke at all. I searched for answers among the ancient Slavs. Looking at ancient knowledge through modern eyes, I concluded that the world is complex and simple at the same time.

Our world is like a computer program. The programmer of our world arranged things so that we could create useful subroutines and destroy harmful ones. In this book, I set out to reveal some of these methods.

At the time, I didn't really believe I'd manage to quit smoking, but I decided to try. I looked at this harmful habit as an illness — not only physical and psychological, but spiritual as well.

My research into the ancient Slavs, their traditions and holidays, drew my attention to the Feast of the Blessing of the Waters, which today is called the Baptism of Rus, celebrated on January 19.

From the 18th to the 19th of January, water changes its structure — negative information is erased from it. The sun, in some way, influences this change in water's structure. At this time of year, the sun is at its closest to our planet. The water becomes healing, and receptive to receiving new, positive information.

I quit smoking on January 7, and on January 18, I began speaking to a glass of water. Programming it with words, I repeated "I have forgotten how to smoke" or "I breathe clean" several times. Then I drank it.

I decided to try another method, also connected with water. A person is sixty percent water, and that water can be programmed too. This fact drew my attention to another Slavic custom. In the old days, the Slavs would dance in round circles — khorovods — at their festivals, placing in the center of the circle the person who needed help. They would dance the khorovod first counterclockwise, to drive away negative information, and then clockwise, to receive positive information. The people would shout some wish in unison, meant to help that person. And sometimes it worked — the sick recovered, the barren conceived.

Dear friends! I've written a book about how my osteochondrosis, herniated disc, and spinal disc displacement went away. I've completely forgotten about these ailments — and not only these. I used to catch a cold every year, but now it's been 8 years since I've been sick with anything at all.
